The color of your skin.

For the color of your skin does not decide your worth.

Black or white stands equal.

Black lives matter and so does all lives.

  1. It is always shocking to me how many people believe that to stand up for a group of people somehow is against them if they are not included in that group. It’s the same mentality I see when people preach against-self absorbed people, when they really mean that they are angry with anyone who is not thinking about them. The irony is baffling. The ignorance, oh so much worse. Black lives matter. Thank you.

    1. Absolutely my point. It is very annoying as well as that stabs humanity in the heart. Thank you for sharing a valid and much needed point instead. Lives matter and if black lives are needed to be stood for. We must! Thank you.

  2. This is a great post! Some people seem to think that the “Black lives matter” slogan implies that all other lives are meaningless. This is not true. It’s simply designed to call attention to the fact that black lives are being lost needlessly, and that something must be done about it. Saying “black lives matter” does not in any way take away from the fact that all lives matter, and I’m glad that you’ve mentioned both slogans together.

    1. Exactly so. What I want to convey through this post is the fact that no matter what, every life matters. But if black lives are being lost, every life must join hands to take a stand and save them. Thank you for understanding the point made and agreeing to it. I’m glad you recognize the valid purpose behind the use of both slogans.
